As per our terms of service, cancellation requests must be submitted through the client area, so we are unable to honor requests made over phone, chat, or ticket support. If you would like to cancel your service, you can do so by logging into your client area:

Go to Services > My Services > Manage Product. On the left side of the page, under Actions, you can select Request Cancellation.
