How can I reinstall my server?

Server reinstallation can be completed in two different ways, depending on what you're looking to accomplish. This article covers an automated reinstallation. If you would like to reinstall your operating system manually, please see the following support article:


DotBlock Knowledgebase - How can I change my OS?

To reimage your server with a fresh installation, you can use the 'Rebuild' option under 'Additional Tools' on the server's management page (Manage Servers > My VPS > Manage Product). This option will have you select the operating system you'd like to install, and confirm you understand that all data on the server will be deleted. This cannot be undone, so please be certain you wish to proceed before confirming.

Please allow about 10 minutes while the server is being reinstalled before attempting to connect.
