Cancelling Your Account

As per our terms of service, cancellation requests must be submitted through the client area or in writing, so we are unable to honor requests made over phone support. If you would like to cancel your service, you can do so by logging into your client area:

https://billing.dotblock.com/clientarea.php

Go to Services > My Services > Manage Product. On the left side of the page, under Actions, you can select Request Cancellation.

Alternatively, we can accept a written request for cancellation sent in an email to support@dotblock.com Please include the support pin on the top left of your client area as verification. 

Please note: Cancellation requests sent via email are not considered complete without this verification information and a subsequent response from our support team indicating receipt and process of the cancellation.
