Can I restore a terminated or cancelled server? Print

  • canceled, terminated, restore, re-activate, reactivate, cancelled, overdue

If you would like to re-activate service after your service has been cancelled or terminated due to non-payment, please contact our support department ASAP as there is a chance that we may be able to restore the server. Restored servers will incur a $5/month charge for the time that the server was inactive and there is a $15 server restoration fee if we are able to restore it.
