To verify your billing account, the following will be accepted:
- TheĀ 5 digit support pin on the top left of your client area at: https://billing.dotblock.com/clientarea.php
- A verification code that can be emailed to the primary account contact email address upon request.
- If two-factor authentication is enabled on your account, a verification code can be sent to you via text message.
Client area password resets can be sent to the primary account contact email address only.
Changes on a Server
To verify changes on a server, the following can be accepted

- The password for the 'root' or other user with sudo privileges on a Linux Server
- The password for the 'Administrator' user on a Windows server

- A verification code that can be emailed to the primary account contact email address upon request.
- If two-factor authentication is enabled on your account, a verification code can be sent to you via text message.
Please note that the support pin and verification codes are temporary and meant for one-time use only.
